How is the final total calculated?
Final total is based on the actual weight of each steak at processing. You’re selecting quantities to reserve cuts.
How thick are the steaks?
All steaks are cut to 1.25".
How is payment handled?
Payment is coordinated via SMS after we confirm weights and pickup details.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pickup can be coordinated in Waco or at the farm in Chilton.
Are the steak photos exact?
