How is the final total calculated?

Final total is based on the actual weight of each steak at processing. You're selecting quantities to reserve cuts.

How thick are the steaks?

All steaks are cut to 1.25".

How is payment handled?

Payment is coordinated via SMS after we confirm weights and pickup or delivery details.

Where can I pick up my order, or is delivery available?

Pickup can be coordinated in Waco or at the farm in Chilton. We also offer weekly delivery to a drop-off point in the Austin area (10 lb minimum order) — the delivery day is set and confirmed in advance via SMS.

Are the steak photos exact?

Images are for reference only and are not photos of the exact steaks you'll receive.
